Rene I appreciate you “taking me deeper” in helping discover practical steps I can take to “experience” more of things I really desire out of life. I had an “ah ha” moment by simply following your line of questions during the Passion Exercise. And at one point when I was “stuck”, you were amazing at asking me one question – that made the difference. You coached me right along…God’s given you a true gift, thank you for sharing it with me. May you continue adding value to the lives of others –…
Rene’s presentation to my Professional Procedures & Portfolio Development class was well received by the students. I was equally impressed with Rene’s professionalism and ability to manage the audience. He was able to turn potentially disruptive comments from the audience into positives that reinforced his point and opened the eyes of the students. I highly recommend Rene as a presenter. His message is valuable to those looking for direction in order to achieve their personal and professional…
In the 5 months after hiring Rene my business increased by 183% compared to the previous 5 months. If you are wanting to hire a coach, or have ever thought about hiring one… I would highly recommend Rene.
Make a conscious effort to surround yourself with positive, nourishing, and uplifting people—people who believe in you, encourage you to go after your dreams, and applaud your victories.~Jack Canfield~
How often do we allow fear to hold us back from trying something new? Push through it and celebrate what you've accomplished. Make it an awesome day! ~RG~

Keep taking steps....baby steps if needed. Believe in the process and one day you will reflect back on YOU or the situation......and see that you/it....CHANGED.
Our environments change daily. Why do some people resist change? The key is to be aware of what may be holding us back from taking that first step. What is showing up in your life....right now? Try embracing change and see what magical things will happen in your life. We each hold our own KEY to.......life. ~Rene G~
Have an awesome weekend!!
Do you ever get that feeling inside you....there is more to life you want to accomplish? Tap into your inner spirit and keep taking action. You can make it happen. ~Rene G~ Have a great day!

Which will you choose? Make it a great week!
No one said it would be easy....it's all about how we react to the feedback given to us. Life is a journey of learning and changing. Make it a great day! Enjoy your weekend!! ~Rene G~
The idea of.....not having enough time in our life is a common theme for many. Giving a few minutes or seconds of our time to another person could make an everlasting impression on them. Choose to uplift someone's spirit rather than wasting time......complaining.....about time. ~Rene G~
Try setting a goal that will challenge you to change and reach for something that will stretch you. My friend Brenda rode tandem for the first time for 101 miles with me at Shiner GASP. Way to go Brenda for trying something new! What goal will you reach for? Go for it! Have a great week!
Rene Guerra-RTG Coaching,LLC Roxanne, my wife Tricia is a great photographer! She has a knack of finding me on the bike routes to get some cool action shots. Hope the MS 150 was awesome!!

~Have an awesome weekend and make it a special one with the people your care about~
Even when we feel we are at the end of our line.....always know that..."you always have more than you think you have". Get back up and keep moving.~Rene G~
My personal favorite mantra that I think of when times get tough.
Janet North it's all in your mind! would you rather suffer at DP or suffer on the bike? i doubt we ever say, "wish i was at the office" when we're pedaling! suffering by choice, by god!
still cherishing my tandem ride memories! many thanks for a terrific ride with a great bike handler.

René Guerra I realize its all in the mind. That's what my post is referring to. Many times I've wanted to give up not just cycling but other things in life. Overcoming what our mind/ body wants us to do is the growing part. Yes the tandem ride was fun! We will have to do it again!! Thanks for your comments!'
